For blood, I don't think it can be turned off or the option to do it is available but for bad language, I can recommend you mute the players from online but for campaign, I don't think there is an option to turn off swears and curses. Besides, the game is for mature players as per ESRB Just a tip, you can try to contact PSN Support for assistance regarding parental control since it is a console issue.
