I was looking for a home-based business. I have had success in the past, but clients come and go. Products are discontinued, I'm sure if it's not selling enough, but when that happens I have lost some clients who use solely that one product. I still have some clients that I have had for years. It's business I guess. The products are wonderful and can really sell themselves if the potential customers try them, which they can do at a Spa Escape with a group of people who can sample some of the best selling and most used products.

This company has been soo good to my family. It had grown me personally. I am so very grateful it was in my life! I just need medical insurance and something more stable for my family. Great place to work. Management and peers work well together to achieve the same goal. The hours and workload are great. Beauti Control trains it's employees very well to keep the company strong. They have wonderful incentives and wonderful leaders, mine just got her third car from BeautiControl a Mercedes. It is Not a pyramid scheme, you can not earn money from people under you unless you sell a bunch yourself and meet your quota. It is super fun! I was a chalenge but it worth it, all days something new. I love to work there, we get to know new consultants and clients every day. The company was always look for new and fresh products to satisfy clients.

As my career has really just begun in the corporate atmosphere BeautiControl was a good place to start. A typical day at work would start with maintenance work and communication within the Merchandising, Brand, and Creative Teams. I learned a lot about the importance of communication, e-Commerce, and the digital aspects of marketing. The people you work with are generally the better part of the job. I got along well with most of my co-workers and socializing with them while putting out some great work.

Overall the hardest part of the job was dealing with the uneasiness of upper-management. Many decisions were done on a whim and created more work for all the teams in Marketing.

This would come down at soon as the night before material needed to go to print or to be posted online via the company's website. Ultimately leading to many late nights for every team in Marketing. Believe in your products! I love the BeautiControl products but because you sell it from home you are the only thing holding yourself back! The products are amazing and I swear by them but I haven't been able to sell enough.

BeautiControl is a wonderful company to be a part of , it requires dedication for sales and to move up in the company but it is worth it.

Everyone who is a part of the company is helpful, honest and great to work with. Consultant support is excellent. A company who rewards you for putting in the time and work to grow your own business. Support and development is great and offered continuously.

The relaxation of hosting in-home spas. A typical day was either contacting or recruiting clients or preparing for an in-home spa presentation. I spoke regularly with my manager and she was always there to guid me when I needed it. I had to keep in close contact with my co-workers to stay up to date with the products. The hardest part was juggling another job along with BeautiControl. Most enjoyable part was relaxing while presenting a spa experience.

For a part time job we had great benefits and I LOVE being able to work from home. Good job, more hours. On a typical day I would file paperwork and answer the phone.
